Negative: They stole my money and justified it by saying the reservation was non-refundable. I arrived at the apartment, which was on the top floor. No elevator, too many stairs, expensive, old, terrible, horrible place I have a physical disability and told the owner that I didn't... He could have gone upstairs, but he didn't care and decided to steal my money even though he wasn't going to use the accommodation.I didn't go in, I explained the situation, I filed a complaint, and even then the person who responded preferred to steal my money and know that I wasn't going to stay. Instead of being a good person and doing things right, terrible service.
